Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Subscribe & Save members receive free shipping on every delivery, with no minimum order required.

Standard shipping generally arrives within 3–5 business days after your order ships. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions beyond our control.

At launch, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship internationally. Some products may be restricted in certain states due to local regulations — any restrictions will be noted at checkout.

A tracking link will be included in your shipping confirmation email. If you have questions about a shipment in transit, contact us with your order number and we'll help you track it down.

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, contact hello@mentalmind.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund.
